Medium – Heavy or a lighter "Heavy" for pike 2 pc for pike

I was looking at the specs for a lot of “medium – heavy” and heavy rods and I’m having a hard time coming up with something that meets these requirements: at lest 7′, 2 pcs, fast action tip, able to toss a 3 oz phantom or a 2.5 oz saltwater X-Rap but not necessary any – much heavier than that. Most of my fish are (4 to 8) pounds with possibility up to 20 on very rare occasion. Hopefully around $100.00 give or take.

2 pc Rod has been located at last. Quite a search, over budject cost $160 however rated up to 2 oz which is heavy enough for pike.
