The only hunting show I enjoy. Not a hunter myself but I find it entertaining.

About the only hunting show I can watch. He actually cares about harvesting animals for the meat and not just trophy’s

Plus he’s a pretty darn good cook. I think that might be the best part of most episodes.

Love the way he talks about the history of the land he’s hunting. So much more entertaining than really any other hunting show I watch. It never really seems to be about the kill with him. Huge advocate for many public land issues nationwide too. Has some good books even!

He has a fun series called the Back 40 on Youtube that could be interesting to you as well. (I can advocate for others’ YT channels as long as it isn’t my own, right?)

Absolutely, my only objection to You Tube is the guys who beg for likes and subscriptions. You would be surprised how much You Tube I actually watch. wink

My You Tube stuff is mostly off the grid stuff or adventure stuff. Few fishing shows, no hunting. I watch Meateater on TV. Whats it about?

Sounds absolutely gripping. Will I be able to binge it in a weekend?

My nephew and friends were on his podcast talking about ice fishing in AK.

Yeah, I’m just name dropping, but I thought it was cool.

Check out Fresh Tracks with Randy Newberg if you enjoy Meateater. Newberg was born and raised in Minnesota and now lives in Montana. The shows are available on Amazon Prime Video and YouTube. I like Newberg because his content is realistic and you see both success and failure.
