Love the way he talks about the history of the land he’s hunting. So much more entertaining than really any other hunting show I watch. It never really seems to be about the kill with him. Huge advocate for many public land issues nationwide too. Has some good books even!
He has a fun series called the Back 40 on Youtube that could be interesting to you as well. (I can advocate for others’ YT channels as long as it isn’t my own, right?)

Absolutely, my only objection to You Tube is the guys who beg for likes and subscriptions. You would be surprised how much You Tube I actually watch.
Great show, about the only one I watch as well. Also, of you like podcasts, its very good. Very informative across a lot of different topics. Highly recommend.
Check out Fresh Tracks with Randy Newberg if you enjoy Meateater. Newberg was born and raised in Minnesota and now lives in Montana. The shows are available on Amazon Prime Video and YouTube. I like Newberg because his content is realistic and you see both success and failure.
