Meat Processor Inquiry

I have 3 deer completely deboned and cleaned of all sliver skin, fat, blood, etc etc and cut into grinder sized chunks. Froze and ready for processing.

All cuts of meat are included and ready for grind into Ring Bologna and Weiners, not just “Trim”.

It is high quality meat and that is exactly what i want back.
I have an impression that butchers only care that customers get deer meat back, and not necessarily their deer meat. Those that do not butcher their own probably don’t care. I’m NOT OK with that.
I am willing to pay extra for keeping my meat separate.

Any recommendation of who would process my 3 deer and actually give me back my deer?

Located in Prescott Wisconsin and willing to travel an hour if necessary.

Jordans meats in Lakeland, MN will do it if you bring your meat in after January 1st. I bring my grind meat to him every year after the first of the year. Good selection of what he will make and I think his stuff is great.

There are plenty of shops that will take care of your meat as long as its done after the big push from deer seasons. Sticker has it down….wait a couple months after deer seasons close then call around and ask if this sort of personal handling of your meat can be assured.

I believe RJ’s meats in Hudson would work with you as well, but it’s been a while since I’ve been there so you’d want to follow up.

We do all ours our selves. For just that reason. That and it makes for a fun day. Cocktails. Fresh meat on the grill.

Thielen Meats in Pierz gets your own meat back, and makes the best product out there imo. Especially bologna and dogs.

We always got our own meat back from Kramarchuk’s.
