I have 3 deer completely deboned and cleaned of all sliver skin, fat, blood, etc etc and cut into grinder sized chunks. Froze and ready for processing.
All cuts of meat are included and ready for grind into Ring Bologna and Weiners, not just “Trim”.
It is high quality meat and that is exactly what i want back.
I have an impression that butchers only care that customers get deer meat back, and not necessarily their deer meat. Those that do not butcher their own probably don’t care. I’m NOT OK with that.
I am willing to pay extra for keeping my meat separate.
Any recommendation of who would process my 3 deer and actually give me back my deer?
Located in Prescott Wisconsin and willing to travel an hour if necessary.
