His shows are so much more unique than any other hunting show I’ve watched. He is able to make a turkey hunting show in Arizona quite interesting. Love his outlook on the land and animal hes hunting, much more than just the kill with him.
Awesome show. Started watching last night. That blueberry sauce he made from bone marrow looked absolutely delicious. But the fat from behind the caribous eye? hard pass.
I was watching it last night, the wife even sat and watched with me and really enjoyed his outlook on things and even went as far to say “wow, he is a good writer”.
Almost got run over by a wounded moose last night..good times..great show..love the cooking aspect of it also..had a really interesting episode on butchering deer…so much better then all the other shows out there just selling deer urine…Podcast is very interesting also.
I’d recommend reading his books also, particularly American Buffalo. As far as Netflix, for whatever reason (I’d assume his deal with Sportsman/Outdoor channel that air his new episodes) they don’t get his seasons until they are old. So Season 7 that was just released on Netflix originally aired in 2016.
Just started watching this tonight on netflix. Binged to episode 7. Like it quite a bit. It’s been a while since I found my self watching anything at all
