I had 60 degrees for a water temp heading up to the dam on Saturday with a pontoon full of bachelorettes for a Red Wing Marina pontoon tour.

The river was pretty quiet of fishing boat compared to the last 2 months. I had plans of going out either Saturday or Sunday afternoon and picked up some Tru-Tied Tackle current cutters to fight the current with. While heading up to the dam, I got a good look at the water. Maybe 4 inches of visibility. The reports by some pretty good sticks were not encouraging.

I made other use of my time.

There’s always someone catching fish on the river…was it you??

It’s the uniform and the charismatic smile. Scheduler has nothing to do with it. )

    That’s it.

…I’m switching my diet over to solely Hamms and SPAM. Where did you find that shirt? I’ll take one of those magic things too.

Did you know… that jello shots are not being made in the 2oz Dixie cups anymore? They use a larger syringe (without the needle of course) and squirt it into your mouth!

I wanted to try the Champagne shot’s but alas, I was on the clock.

It seems Captian Jack is always a tad on the tipsy side.
