My old Guest 3-bank gave up the ghost today on one bank so its time to replace. Trying to save money and keep it under $200 for a 3-bank charger. ProMariner keeps popping up with one for $149 and its available. Noco has one too. Even Northern has one called a Schumacher that is inexpensive with good reviews. Looking for any and all feedback on chargers.
    Thanks guys.

Go with the ProMariner Gen3, its last years model and is what I got after calling them and talking to Tech support. First off they answered the phone and found they are made in WI and 2 year warranty. So I bought my 2 bank for $115 on Amazon, far cry from the $350 the dealer wanted for a MinnKota.
I just looked and did not see a 3 bank on a legit website for $149, they run about $220. What model and site did you see them on?

I have both Schumacher (Fleet Farm also sells them) and Noco chargers, but not onboard chargers. Both have been good.

Ebay UPDATE*** What a scam. I just noticed the picture and description are 3-bank but when you pick one of their seller options its a 2 bank. I will NOT buy from Ebay now no matter what.

Another update. I just found one (the Mariner) on clearance for $124 and bought it. It would seem I got a very good deal. I got the very last one at West Marine. Pure luck!

I have had all and would rate them in this order best to worst.
    Noco
    Minn Kota
    Guest
    Pro Mariner
    Schumacher

The last two have failed me. Schumacher are cheap chargers but if you want it to last for the long haul buy one of the others.

The biggest cost you will find is amperage to each bank. 5 amps to each bank should be easy to attain under $200. Just remember if you fish multiple days in a row with a significant use of your batteries I would suggest a 10 amp per bank.
