Legal here in canada. The sky hasn’t fallen, and scenes from the movie purge haven’t happened. Legalize it, you will be fine.

I do it to go to sleep and to slow down my ADD. I work odd hours being in the medical field and it’s really hard to shut your brain off and sleep after a shift. This really helps. It also helps me STAY asleep. As for having mild ADD, I really struggle starting and finishing something I need to do without starting 5 other things at the same time. And many times that leads to me not getting any of them done. After a little THC I can go right down the list and get each one done. There are many positives and most people would be surprised to see the caliber of successful/well learned individuals that use.

100 percent, in your situation the clinic wants to give you Ritalin or Adderall which are both highly addictive amphetamines when a quick edible will do wonders

Doesn’t bother me a bit being legal . Just wish a guy could enjoy it without fear of loosing his job . Probably don’t need another habit though. Got many friends that smoke and some that don’t. Doesn’t bother me a bit either way .

Not sure that’s going to go away if you have a job that does drug testing and has it on it’s list. That will most likely always be up to the employer.

MN and most other states already have laws concerning who can be tested as employees. Most companies dont seem to care and think “Drug Free Workplace” will protect them legally. It won’t, they can get sued for illegal testing. Especially if the employee takes a re-test at an approved testing center that contradicts the employers results and they fail to act. Ask my former employer how.

Just throwing this out there because it blew and still blows my mind, hospitals don’t drug test their employees……At least the two companies that own 90% of the hospitals I’ve worked for in the area.

I have to take a random drug test every few years I think. Its been a long time though. I think that was back when I had access to personal data.

Never been tested but also don’t use. Am I allowed to post urine in the classified section?

I’m on the corner of Chicago and 26th in mpls. They hang out under the mobile police camera tower and smoke blunts all day. The cops could care less. A little weed never hurt any one.

I think it’s been pretty clear over the past few years the Transit Police aren’t terribly effective.

A lot of employers require a “drug test”… to what extent they look is the key. Like I said, my last employer “drug tested” 100% pre-employment and disregarded any THC in the sample as acceptable. Some people would take the test and fail, because the sample was too watered down… so we would tell them, don’t try to drink the pacific before your test, we don’t care about any THC. doah

Having a CDL with randoms it just isn’t worth the risk. But like mentioned, sure wouldn’t mind trying it to help sleep..

The most amazing part is the science involved in it, they grow strains with properties to help any issue, anxiety, depression, sleep, ADHD, etc… I saw it passed senate vote today

I read that it is going to be August 1st but that was the Duluth News.

Now has to go through a conference committee to resolves differences between the House and Senate versions. Another opportunity for a circus.

I wouldn’t be overly excited about getting marijuana “legal”… as a gun owner.

As a gun owner I would be cautious about the state’s eagerness in getting this passed. Federal laws override State laws.
