MarCum registration issue

    I just got my MarCum Recon 5+ in the mail today and I tried to register it online and when I put in the serial number it tells me it was entered wrong or is not valid. I checked and rechecked and tried both 0 and O and it wont work. Has anyone else had this issue? I guess I will have to call them and do it Tuesday.

    Maybe try it without the o or 0.

    I actually just registered a 5+ the other day and it worked pretty well, although I know what you’re talking about because I played that 0 or O guessing game.

    I did have to e-mail their customer service about a different matter and they got back to me within a few hours so maybe give that a shot.

    Kinda hard to do that when there are several throughout the serial number.

    Chris,

    Send them a email at [email protected] with the serial number and a copy of the receipt and they will get it registered for you.

    I’m trying to the serial number for my shuttle, anyone able to point me in the right direction?

    This. Had same problem and I emailed them and they were able to register for me the next day.

    There is no serial number for the shuttle. email them your proof of purchase and you should be taken care of.

    Am trying to email warranty but won’t let me passed registered product. Guess I’ll have to take another route.

    Maybe they are having site issues. Ill try agian after the holiday and see if it works otherwise Ill call them and get it taken care of. I know I have not had issues with Marcum customer support in the past so I hope it is still good.
