Marcum parts

    I folded open my VS825sd open yesterday. One of the hinges exploded. Of all the days it was done in zero weather. It was 70 degrees in the basement. Have heard stories of Marcum’s customer service. Is e mail or dial up a 2-hour movie and call customer service and wait on hold the way to go. I would hope their call load would be on the down swing. My LX5 are this both 15 years old with no issues, I can’t complain.

    I’ve always had great luck with Marcum. Had a couple minor issues with my M5 and they have always been johnny-on-the-spot. I haven’t called in tho, all web requests
