hi guys. I am thinking on buying the Marcum pancam camera but I don’t own a smart phone. I do have a kindle fire
witch I tried down loading the app with no success. My question is will the kindle not work with this camera or do I need to buy the Marcum first to help with down loading operation. thanks
app is separate from the PanCam, you can download it at anytime. Once you have the PanCam turned on, you go into your device’s wifi settings and connect to the Marcum hotspot, once connected, when you open the App it will connect to the camera…You can’t get past the App home screen until it detects a Marcum hotspot is connected first.
Lazzer….The Pancam cannot be used with a Kindle. The app that controls the Pancam is only available on devices that can access Apple’s Itunes app store or Google Play Store (Android devices)…since the Kindle is it’s own thing (Amazon) your out of luck. I do not think there is a way around this at this time. Bummer I know.
