I have the DCS100 charger on my LX3. Voltage coming out of the transformer is 19 dcv. The specs on the transformer says it shoud charge @ 13.5dcv. Once it passes through the charger, it is at 13.63 dcv. Is this a normal reading for this unit? When it is charging it flashes the level of charge that is in the battery. Once I unplug the charger, no matter what the charge is in the battery, it reads 100% charge. Bad charger or bad battery??
