Marcum Lithium Shuttle

I purchased a Lithium Shuttle from Fish USA. First time out my LX6 was powering off on it’s own. When I got home, I started to troubleshoot and found the negative wire that leads to the terminal that plugs into the Head Unit was never sodered. Tryed to register for warranty claim and Marcum requires a serial number. Only problem they don’t come with a serial number. No number to call, no email to contact them listed. What gives? For what they charge for this, let’s just say I’m not a happy camper.

I had a problem with my first shuttle I bought through Reed’s so I ended up sending it back and getting a new one and just got in contact with them about registering it through the website. All they needed was proof of purchase receipt and they do the rest. It’s simple and painless don’t worry.
