With March coming up and the time for tip ups on LOWT gets closer, I have a couple questions. I have been going for the last few years, 3rd weekend of March, the ice conditions would vary from only 4-wheelers to being able to drive out with trucks. We always put good numbers on the ice, with some really nice fish mixed in. I know the weather can change and there could be a warm spell but with this year, from the looks of it, there will be no issue with ice unless it warms up drastically. So my questions are, with the amount of ice and how cold it has been, do you think this will change the activity of the fish? Do you want a warm stretch to kick it in gear? What factors do you think drive the fish to move shallow? Just curious what others think.
