As of about 5 years ago, they didn’t make it easy. This is a bit of a touchy area because many producers consider this information to be part of their private business and are not fans of making easily accessible to the public the details of how much money they are collecting from the government.
The last I heard, there were public data sets available that contained enrollment data. The datasets were large and they didn’t exactly go out of their way to advertise exactly what was contained in each.
Then you need to load these into a compatible GIS viewer, AFAIK the easy-to-use ones must be purchased, the “freeware” ones required significant technical knowledge to use. You may also have to have access to a separate data ETL tool to reformat the dataset before loading so you get it into a compatible format, this can require significant computing power.
Obviously, all of this may have changed and for all I know you can now do it with Google Earth, but I’d think you’d have found it by now if there were an easy way.
