Making Ice?

so come Friday its supposed to drop in temp to the teens and though it warms up next week into the 30s the overnight lows are below freezing all week. Couple that with all this rain around here melting any ice we might have had enabling a nice new start and im hopeful we will have walkable ice somewhere within an hour or two of the metro in 7-10 days. If someone else wants to chime in and tell me it’ll be sooner I don’t mind being lied to in this case

Way to many variables. I’d be wary going out unless we had 3 or more consecutive days in the single digits after the next 10 day forecast.

I’m guessing it’ll be after the new year at this point…. sad to say

I’m thinking between Christmas and newyears walkable on some lakes but after newyears on my main body of water.
