Mackinac Bridge area lake trout

    I get through this area several times a winter (like last week coming back from Saginaw Bay) and always wanted to try the lake trout fishing in that area.

    I’ve tried looking for a guide in the area but so far no luck.

    Anyone have any leads or recommendations?

    Did you watch the IDO show there from last week? You could probably still find their holes? )

    Yeah, I saw it, that’s one of the reasons my interest has been rekindled.

    That’s a huge area and with lots of current, etc.

    I ice fish the Great Lakes all the time and that’s an area I’m not going out to without some solid intel or an experienced guide.
