My buddy’s lx-5 has been acting up it turns on and that’s as much as we can get accomplished. Just the red mark at the top and if you play with zoom it will show up occasionally. Replaced the transducer and same thing happened? Battery fully charged. Ideas?

Embarrassed to admit it, but I borrowed a buddies lx-5 one time and had the same issue. I thought I had broken it while riding across the lake! Turns out the gain was just turned all the way down and it took me about 5 minutes to figure it out! I have always had an lx-5 and had never turned my gain down to 0…learned something that day!
Gain is not the issue guess i will tell him to bring it in
