Does anybody have a picture of this boat from 1996 or know where to get one? Was it available in tiller and console? I googled it but couldn’t find a picture. Researching for a friend…

no picture but if I remember correctly, the angler was a tiller and the angler deluxe was the side console steer. Someone correct me if I’m wrong

I’ll try to find a pic of the 1997 1650 that I had a few years back. It was very nice boat but with two growing boys I upgraded to Navigator 175. If I recall the storage was not great and had trouble finding a place to put cushions and life jackets.

Correct.I had to refurbish one for a guy a few years back.It was the 1650 Angler DLX.That model was rated for a 75hp motor and I believe it had a 79″ beam.In 2002,all the wood in it was very rotted. It only had 1 livewell, and it was in the back(leaked terrible).I have a CD of pics that I took before and after, but cannot find it.

Not a bad boat, but the flooring could have been better.

I never had any issues with the livewell but I also had to replace the main cockpit floor in mine. mine had one livewell and had a 40hp tiller on it but can’t recall what it was rated for. I was thinking the beam was closer to 82″ though. Still can’t find the pics… i’m sure I’ve got them on my Palm at work if nothing else.

Ok thanks. If you find those pictures let me know. I guess this boat has a 50 two stroke yamaha on it but not sure if its a tiller or a console yet. Waiting for a phone call.

Just checked my file cabinet and I have a 1996 Lund catalog. What are you looking for for info or picture wise? The picture takes up two pages. Or are you looking at interior layout and specs? Let me know.

This is not the photo I thought I had but I will continue to look for some of the interior. The boat is very similar to a Crestliner Fishhawk, Alumacraft Navigator, and Lund Explorer series with the bench-style storage along the sides of the cockpit area.

Here are some of the specs from the ’97:

    1997 Lund Angler 1650 (16’ 6” long and 82” beam)

3 seat bases (2 in main cockpit and one on raised deck)

Rear divided live well with re-circulator

    Locking rod locker (6’ 6”)

    Locking rod locker / storage (5’ 6”)

    Four bow storage areas

    Built-in 18 gallon fuel tank

Thanks for going out of your way to get pictures on here guys. It turns out the boat my friend found has been sold already. Seemed like a good deal. You win some you lose some I guess.
