After having my “new to me” Lund on the water this past weekend, i’ve run into a problem. The tilt switch seems to do nothing, leaving my lower unit and prop at a poor angle, close to the surface. Is there a way to test the trim motor and associated parts to isolate the issue? It seems the switch works so its either in the wiring or one of the tilt components itself. Any way to manually raise and lower this until I have more time/money?

First I would check the fuses to be sure you are getting power. The contacts in the switch could also be bad, or not enough fluid in the tilt cylinder.
