Lund bow compartment hatch

I have a 2007 Lund 2025 Pro-V IFS/SE. I am trying to find info about the latch on the bow hatch compartment.
There is another hatch under the passenger compartment that uses the same latch.

Attached is a picture of the bow hatch. Also attached is a picture of the catch on the hatch and another picture of the catch on boat. If you look at the center of the boat catch you will see one side a bearing on one side. The bearing held in by a spring and a screw. The bearing, spring, and screw are missing from the other side. I am hoping to find a new catch or parts for this one before the other bearing/spring/screw go missing.

Does anybody know who made the hatch? I have a dealer looking into it but he did not sound encouraging.

Does anybody know what the part is called? “tackle hatch” is the best I can find so far but search results are still not very specific. Is it a “latch” or a “catch”? Or maybe a “tackle hatch latch catch”…?

    TIA!

I had to replace one on my 04 prov but I used a small cabinet latch and ithas worked great! The part on the frame(your third pic)I refer to as the female end is two small rolling pieces of ceramic and the “male” end on the door is a V shaped piece that when closed seperates the two rolling pieces and latches securly. Tension can be adjusted by expanding or pinching the male end. Sorry I can’t take photos as the boat is up north. Works great and only cost a few bucks.
I think for small applications like that latch that non marine items work every bit as well at a fraction of the cost.
