88 Lund Predator with a 2004 50hp Merc 4 stroke and a Yamaha 2.5 kicker. It needs paint, so I won’t do pictures, but I am pleased to report ZERO leaks and a lot of hard use! Not bad for a 28 year old boat. The floor is getting close to time for a redo with 2 smaller soft spots.

Does anyone have a Lund without carpet in the bottom? Like or not?

Wow that thing is cherry! Previous owners buy it and never use it?

Actually an older fella bought it new but maintained it well and stored it. Last fella owned it less than a year. This will make many memories for my family. My bass boat wasn’t very family friendly. Getting into walleye and salmon fishing now. Loving it too!!!

Congrats on a great looking boat! Many good times to be had for years to come for you and your family in that rig.

“16” Rebel with a 40 Merc 4 stroke and Motor Guide TM. Bought it this summer and caught a bunch out of it already. Great platform for 2 and plenty of storage. The 40 sips fuel and with 2 guys and gear loaded runs right at 30 mph trimmed up. I really like this lil fishing machine.

“Did you get to test drive one before purchasing?”

Actually, I bought on blind faith! And talking to a couple people I know that run one. Crawled around in one plenty…

The layout sold me… a bass boat with pedestal seats and rear flip ups, a large front deck to lay rods out length-wise on both sides for easy access, a removable passenger console, a rear deck for other people that like to cast, and just deep enough for the handful of times per year for my family/friends that like to troll/jig for walleyes.

After having Ranger and Yar-craft fiberglass boats this is a serious departure for me. But I’m willing to give it a shot and hoping for the best!!

And for those of you that know me and the way I fish, I do fish some big lakes but a lot of small/medium sized rivers too – Ryan D sold me on the shallow water capabilities of this boat with the right jack plate. I think I fish this exact stretch of river..

Kind of an oldie, but certainly a goodie…92 Tyee II. One of things I like best it’s stable and fairly deep, less worry about having a grandson roll over the side! lol

My third Lund. I got my 2008 Lund Alaskan 2000 DC this August. I had an S14 for 14 years and an S18 for 18 years before this so I guess I’ll have this for 20 if the pattern holds. Works well with the Merc 115 EFI 4 stroke.

When my uncle was 32 he bought this boat brand new. I caught one of my first walleyes out of it when I was seven years old. He sold it in 1997 to a family friend. 20 years later I bought it back five days before my 32nd birthday–which was on the fifth.

I know it’s a sin to covet another’s fishing boat, but dang, Daniel Jackson, that 1875 PG looks sa-weet!
