I decided on the lund 1875 crossover with a merc 150 and a 9.9 kicker. Lowrance 7 and minnkota 80 i pilot. Will be fishing the mississippi mostly, on lake michigan in door country and white earth lake in minnesota. Should be deliverd in April–at least that is when I want it.

Just read your previous thread. You made the smart choice! IMO you will be very happy with your lund opposed to the alumacraft. Currently I am a alumacraft owner, hoping to change that soon..

Let me just start by saying I normally don’t do this. I just ordered a new pro guide from Nelson Marine in White Bear. Mike my salesman and Chris the owner are great straight forward no hassle guys. I wanted some very specific ad ons, they had no problem ordering me the boat even tho they had pro guides in stock. It was nice the price didn’t change when I decided to order opposed to buying one in stock. They made sure I got the boat that I wanted. I would recommend Nelson to anyone looking at a lund.

I also had a VERY VERY bad experience with a dealer that has 4 lund stores in the metro.

Is a Crossover a glass boat?

No, it is not a glass boat. The only lund models that come in glass is the pro v and the tyee..

I got a used Pro V at Nelsons, The service was fanatasic! There were little things I pointed out that I’d like to have on the boat just thru conversation, nothing ever set in stone. I picked up the boat and they were all done! no charge, not nhuge things, probably $300 or so but very nice surprise!
