    FYI Best price I found for the Extreme Max Slider bases, which are better than the Lund, was at Walmart. $16.67 plus tax. Stores don’t have them in stock so you must order online for store pickup.

    Thanks Joe, bought 4 of them and they are really nice. Mounted 2 of them and tried them, pretty sturdy and really beats $30+ each. Thanks again.

    Glad I could help. I have some Anglers Pal SS rod holders mounted on mine. Used machine screws and nyla nuts. Might try to pop riveting to the brackets.
