Lund seat pedestal removal

    I have an 1875 lund impact that I can’t get the driver’s seat off. The pedestal doesn’t come out of floor. I need to fix a tear in the seat. Do I have to unscrew the seat from the pedestal?

    Don’t know the year of your boat, original seats or not, etc… and more details but my 2013 drivers seat pedestal is not removable from the base but you just unscrew the base from the seat with 4 screws…

    Putting the seat top back on correctly once I took the seat off is another story. I think I stripped it but that’s okay. I don’t need it to swivel 18-0 anyway

    Does it have a tab you push in while lifting up?

    You should be able to unscrew the 4 screws holding the seat to the pedestal.
