Lund Pro Guide Big Tiller Arm Hinge is Loose

Has anyone else ever had there tiller arm get loose. If I let go of mine it won’t stay upright ? Not sure if that’s normal and if I need to tighten that nut for the hinge. I just used my boat 3 times and it came loose after the third outing.
