I have a 2017 Lund 208 GL and was wandering if anyone else has has been experiencing water spray entering in the fuel vent port on side of the boat and entering the gas tank, thus setting off water detection alarm on the Yamaha 300 4 stroke outboard. I have changed the fuel water separation filter many times and its getting frustrating having to do this every time i take it out on rougher water,,, also it takes FOREVER to fill up with gas because it accepts it so SLOW!!! I have removed the floor and exposed the vent and fuel lines and checked for obstructions and restrictions and everything is fine,,,, any thoughts other than maybe poor design location on vent, and too small diameter of vent hose??
