Lucky Tackle Box Question

I am confused about how Lucky Tackle Box works. I subscribed for one month and paid the $14.99 to try out LTB. I really liked it and so I subscribed again and the next month, I got 2 LTBs!. That was good, and so I realized I was getting a box every month and then I saw that the boxs “Auto-renew.” So after at least 2 months of getting 2 boxes, I cut back to just 1. When that happened, I started getting emails saying, “We hate to see you go, etc.” But I was still getting 1 box every month and that was good. But at the end of March, I started getting notices saying that I only had a few days and then a few hours, and I needed to act soon to get an April box. Now April has come and the LTB website no longer seems to want to let me login or to request a new password. So, did the auto-renew thing end, or what? If I don’t get an April box, I’m going to be terribly disappointed. Can you explain to me how it works? Thanks Thanks

Maybe…just a thought here…contact LTB????? I’m sure they’ll know how it works.

Guessing you had 2 accts setup. You cancelled one which is why you a receiving notices and still receiving packages. I would wait to see if you receive your April package.

A call wouldnt hurt though.

My gal got this for me for xmas as well. They send all sorts of stuff at random times and seem to have issues tracking what was sent when.

I have been saying for years if they had a walleye box they would sell more subscriptions.

They do. After a month of getting bass/panfish stuff, I switched over to walleye. Mostly hooks, plastics and stick baits now.

I have had nothing but issues with company great idea bad customer service I finally after a month got it cancelled. Just my 2 cents.
