It means your significant other bought something else really expensive and this is it’s decoy
Or you were just boozing and shopping online again
November 14, 2017 at 5:08 pm #1728026I get the mystery tackle box it’s kinda nice to try new baits that come with it
November 14, 2017 at 6:01 pm #1728035I’m thinking one of you guys are my secret Santa
You caught me!
November 15, 2017 at 11:56 am #1728239Good one Munchy!
Actually mystery solved, it came from my daughter for my B-day last month.November 15, 2017 at 12:04 pm #1728241Got one once. Came with two very cheap cranks that couldn’t be tuned, some gimmick plastics, couple knock-off Lindy rigs and a few things I would never use. Nice gift on paper, but didn’t play out well. Maybe I got the dud box…
November 15, 2017 at 1:04 pm #1728256I think they gave away one for free when they first started up. The hooks they gave out were nice, but the rest was crap. However the one you received looks a lot better. The LiveTarget, Z-Man and Rage Swimmers look good.
ps. I think they give out those painted hooks every time.
November 15, 2017 at 2:35 pm #1728290A little research might be in order to assure you don’t get one of these every month along with a bill. Some of these things are nearly impossible to cancel the subscription.
Nice FellaPosts: 457November 15, 2017 at 4:48 pm #1728322Man, if that were a gift from my daughter I wouldn’t care if it was a paper-clip with a booger on the end and a thumb tack for a stinger, I’d use it and let her knew I was grateful to have such a thoughtful daughter who not only remembered my b-day, but took the time to actually send me a gift for an activity that I was interested in. (then I’d take a fish I caught on a real lure and hook it on the gift lure, and take a pic and send it to her.)
November 15, 2017 at 5:03 pm #1728324Fella – I’m happy as heck for this gift from my daughter, but I was planning on saving it. When I finally get a grand kid I can bring out the Lucky tackle box and teach them how to fish.

Better tell her to get busy!!
November 15, 2017 at 5:39 pm #1728335Believe me, I think I’m ready to throw out a reward to my 1st daughter to give me a Grandkid.
ponyexpressPosts: 45November 16, 2017 at 4:09 am #1728399I’ve had a subscription to LTB for a while and have switched between different boxes a few times. Some months they do great and others it’s horrible. I keep forgetting to cancel my subscription. I’ve had boxes with some really cool stuff and multiple big name cranks, plastics, spinner rigs, etc. I get the panfish box right now and have received #2 hooks multiple times. When I was getting the walleye box I would get 6 and 8 size hooks. Last month I got a #7 blade bait in my panfish box.

Visiting my parents for Christmas the year before we had our first baby, my mom really knows how to make a conversation awkward…”I gave you guys the room with the queen bed, now make me some grandbabies”.

Gets really awkward when they tell you to be quiet. Probably why they have 3 grandkids from us though
hndPosts: 1577November 16, 2017 at 9:38 am #1728468we tried a few (meaning my buddies tried a few) my bass buddies love them and they convinced other friends to get the walleye ones.
They appear to not be put together by walleye guys at all. while i’m open to new techniques and stuff, i’m not buying into walking the dog topwater tactics for walleye fishing. or fishing with small trout hooks. some of the stuff is legit, bass cranks are making themselves known in the walleye world but most of the stuff seems junky with huge MSRP pricetags to make you think you are getting a bargain when you’ll find a lot of this stuff in bargain bins.
November 16, 2017 at 10:03 am #1728475Note to self.
1) Fix up a room with a queen size bed.
2) Make the room sound proof.
3) Invite kids over for Christmas dinner.
4) Accidentally over self them.
5) Take away their keys.
= grandkids in 9 monthsThanks Eagle and Nick
