Thinking of heading to Red Wing Thursday to try for walleye and sauger with my dad and wife’s uncle. Any suggestions for this time of year??

Never fished this time of year there before.
    Thanks

    What is WOBA?

WOBA is my favorite fishing spot on every body of water I’ve ever fished!!

Where other boats are whistling woot

In past falls, I have found quite a few good spots that weren’t at the dam in the fall. This year those spots have been poor. Are others having luck down river?

Started up by the dam early this morning but with a dozen boats playing bumper boats in two different locations with minimal to no nets out I decided to trailer up the boat and take it down stream. Plenty of boats around the head of the lake area but I was able to scratch out a fairly ugly all sauger limit in a few hours of slow fishing.
