anyone know, is eagle still tied to lowrance after navico purchase? i had an ultra classic II years ago and still miss its fish finding precision. even my lowrance, newer than that one, x25 can’t hold a candle to it. fish could not hide from it and the screen was always clutter free and always worked.

anyway i need to update and was thinking of going back to eagle as i’m tired of fishing with my buddies and their constantly malfunctioning lowrance’s. 334’s, 113’s, 552’s, 102c’s etc. etc. etc.

maybe they’re not that widely used but you don’t see,”my eagle’s doin this” or “my eagle won’t do that.” “my 1.5 year eagle took a dump and is no longer supported.”

Anyone got an ultra classic around?

Eagle is owned by Navico/Lowrance but is a discontinued line of products. The new Mark and Elite series has replaced the Eagle line.
