I’m looking for a LGC-3000 puck to rig my other boat with my Lowrance. Anyone have one they no longer need? or looking to get rid of? or where to find them? Thanks,

My advice is to do what others have been mentioning on this forum. Contact Lowrance and see if you can get the LGC 4000 for the $112.00 that’s been mentioned now a few times. I’m not sure this will pertain the the 3000 as the other posts stated the 2000.
That’s a heck of a deal! They are $249.00 at most locations. If you’re wanting to stick with the 3000, you might want to try ebay.

I just talked to Lowance and they said that the LGC 4000 will not update any faster than my LCG 3000 as I have a 520c. A LGC4000 will be faster on the new HDS units, but not mine.

The LMS 520 cannot update your position faster than once every second.

The LGC 4000 will lock onto the satelites faster, hold lock even in marginal locations and they haven’t had a failure yet. The re-designed technology is far more dependable than the 2K or 3K antennas.
