HDS settings – where to start??

    I know that settings are always changing due to conditions etc., but what are you guys using as your favorite or “base” settings for your HDS units (and structure scan settings)?? Also, tell us what type of water your fishing in?

    I have the contrast set around 60 to 65 when using the 800hz and around 50 when using the 455hz very clear images. This has been in pool 4 in various depths. Still pretty new to me but I am really impressed so far.
