I have a 110 on my console and a 25 up front. I had been running separate antennas for each unit with no issues. I decided to run both units off of one antenna and now the 110 does not show speed and time info????? It locks in and I get gps location info same as always, but overlay data isn’t working? Thanks for any suggestions!
Sometimes when you have a unit that is using a different source for it’s GPS information you need to remove the existing overlay data and re-install it on the screen and as long as you have a GPS lock the new overlay data should read correctly from the new antenna.
I think we finally got it figured out, but for anyone else that has this happen here is what I did. I updated the antenna to version 1.9, and updated the LCX110 to 2.1 to match the LCX27. All seems to be working now, but will test it out on the water on Saturday!
