map chip for 332C?

I am heading for Lac Seul in Ontario, Canada in a few days; and I would like a map chip that would show Lac Seul on my old Lowrance 332-C unit. I have used the same Navionics chip for years and it has worked very well. Would a Navionics Premium North chip work in my old unit? Would I lose all the way points I currently have stored?
Thanks for any help or advice.

The 332c will read the Navionics Premium chips.

Waypoints are stored to the hard drive of the unit
and are overlayed onto the chip.

Not sure how Navionics does it but the New Lakemaster cards come on 4 gig cards which older Lowrance units can’t read. The work around for that problem which many have had to do is send the New Lakemaster card back to Lakemaster and have them put the data on a smaller compatible card.
