Fishing guide friend has a X27c. The normal error message comes up saying the puck isn’t connected.
I checked the software and it’s the older 2.4.0. The latest update is 2.5. but it doesn’t say anything about fixing any problems with the gps.
He has access to a 2000 puck, could he use that to at least check to see if his 3000 is shot?
We did a hard reset too.
A 2000 is a blue network device and a 3000 is a red
network device. He would need a blue to red adapter cable
to tie the 2000 module into a red network.
I would first check all power to network. Switch and fuse.
How is his network setup?
If he’s near S Mpls, he’s more than welcome to stop by and try my 27C hook ups, might narrow the prob down?
