Is there a structure scan simulator

    Is there a way to get a simulator for the structure scan on an HDS unit? I hooked my LSS-1 up today and I can pull up the structure scan screens, but can’t seem to get the simulator to show anything. I was hoping I could get some practice in while sitting in the garage before trying to figure it out on the water. Is that even possible?

    I found the instructions on-line. If anyone else with structure scan wants to use the simulator, here is a link with instructions on how to make it work.

    Have you tried this yet? Could you disable it?

    I have not tried it yet. Was going to later tonight. I just assumed you could disable it.
