334 waypoints not going to H2o

    Friend of mine just picked up an iFinder ExpeditionC and wanted to transfer his waypoints from his 334. Both units have the current updates(I updated the iFinder today and checked the 334-which has the current update), but the iFinder will not load the 334’s data from the SD card. When trying to load off the SD card, the error code is “User data file version is no compatible with the current unit software version.”

    What am I missing here?????

    check the way you load the data onto the sd card…I believe that there is 2 options maybe like a 1.0 or 2.0 something like that…I am at work so I am going off memory here…..try loading on the lower verison and it should work fine… I think
