    “Networking.

But why settle for one screen to view? The ingenious

StructureScan™ sonar imaging black box networks with up to three

HDS multifunction displays to share SideScan, DownScan Imaging™

and 2D sonar screens for boat-wide underwater surveillance with

    independent control.

Just purchase additional ethernet cables, and you’ve got a full underwater

imaging network working in your favor.”

On my boat I had a Broadband Sounder with an Expansion Port

to utilize the Broadband at three locations. (LCX)

With the StructureScan module and the HDS units having

the Broadband built in I will be able to eliminate both

the Broadband Sounder and the Expansion port.

I already have the ethernet cables running to 3 locations

so this is a quick install for me.

Plus the fact that the power cable is the same for the

SrtuctureScan, Broadband Sounder, and the Expansion port.

I left one power cable in place for the LSS-1.

Other than mounting the transducer this should be a very

    quick install this spring.

I’d love to see this also! Will it work in my canoe? LOL

Can the network share a map chip? I sure wish I could put the map chip in one spot and view it on any screen.

No. Each unit needs it’s own map card to display the detailed contours.
