    i think lowrance should take a long hard look at this new boss she and maybe firing squad the guy. she will be deeply missed.

    I have had my 38cHD in at Lowrance service now for 3 months. In December they said January. In January they said February. In February they just told me March. STOP, I said. “Let me talk to Linda Colt”. “She’s gone”, said the voice. I was then placed on hold for over 15 minutes….but when I mumbled to myself “What is going on ?” a voice came back and said “we’ll be right there”. They put me on hold….but kept listening to what I was saying. Be careful boys !!! Bottom line is, they say they are upgrading me to the new 8″ HD unit.

    I sent my 111 to them back in September. Still nothing. The company rep from Scheels actually stood up and gave me an HD-10 head from their own stock. Never again will I spend another dollar on any Lowrance product. But whatever I buy, it will be from Scheels!! Thank goodness some companies still believe in satisfied customers. THANKS SCHEELS!!!
