I bought a Lowrance 332c from Jolly Ann Marine back in 04-05 and have had nothing but good things to say about it and with the Lake Master chip it has helped me boat lots of big walleyes on Mille Lacs. I also use it in the winter for the maping. The GPS went out on me last weekend. It will not lock in. I heard horror stories about there customer service. But I called at 8:30 this morning and got a person on the phone in no time they walked me over a few things and told me my LGC-2000 was bad and I needed to update my software and get a new LGC-3000 for $112 shipped to my house, by Friday. Can not beat that. That LGC-3000 is $200 in the stores. I am happy

My HDS7 filled up with water this summer. I sent in in on monday and had a brand new one at my door on thursday. I was very happy with their service.

I had an X-19 fill with water this year and Lowrance gave me a $300 or $400 (can’t remember) credit towards a new model! It was five years old and filled with water because it was submerged overnight. I was thrilled with the way Lowrance handled it.

Well it nice to hear that their customer service is improveing. Over the last year or two it has been really bad. They lost a ton of market share to Hummingbird in the last 2 years. I think more due to poor service than technology.

Maybe they learned something from their mistakes.
