The most appalling c/s experince I’ve ever had is centered at the navico repair/replacement facility in Tulsa OK. Nine calls, being shuffled from one phone queue to another, over 6 hours total, and noone can tell me when I’ll get any satisfaction. Noone knows who his boss is or who is the exec. in charge of c/s. They’ve had my unit and $212 since 7/2/09. 3 weeks ago they finally told me a shipment was due on 8/10. As of today, it’s still back ordered and will probably be for another 4-6 weeks. No more Lowrance for me. This unit had 40 hours of use but was one month out of warranty. I wish I were Doug Stange and could just pitch this one, and go out and buy 3 new ones.
