Mine currently is set to a pink line to show my past course and was curious if I could change the color daily so when pre fishing I have a good idea of fish movment daily by looking at my plotted chart…thanks

Can’t remember if my Lowrance does it or not but my Garmin has the ability to change patterns of my tracks. I use it as you described and also change it for each pass while trolling. It might be another option.

Hmmmm, I can’t figure out how to turn on my tracks so I just wander around lost. I sure will be happy when the boy gets home and takes over the front of the boat again

You can, but I don’t remember the exact steps. Go to your trails and within that I believe there is an option page that allows you to change the color.

Tomorrow I’ll be getting the boat out and I’ll look to and let you know if you haven’t had a reply.

Yeah, this can be done. You need to start a new trail each day, or any time you want to switch colors, but it is fairly straightforward. When you create a new trail you can set the color. If I had my electronics handy I’d post the exact steps but you should be able to work yourself through it with a little hunt and peck.

    Erick,

    It’s…

    Menu
    My Trails-Enter
    New trail-Enter
then arrow down and press ENTER to select the things you want to change.
i.e name of trail, trail color, type of trail pattern.

Use your arrows again to scroll choices and letters, Press ENTER, then exit out 3 times.

Be sure it’s the active trail when you want/decide to use it.
