StructureScan not showing anything

I added a Touch 9 late last season. Never tried the StructureScan until last weekend and couldn’t get a reading.
I have a stand alone SS unit and the Touch has SS built in.
My SS transducer is connected to the stand alone unit and
not to the back of the Touch unit.
I called Lowrance and they told me to deactivate the network sonar in the settings menu. Tried it yesterday and still did not get a reading.
I don’t get downscan overlay either so either my transducer is shot or I need to do something different with my current set up.
Anyone have a suggestion on what to try next. I did hear my SS transducer clicking when I pulled the boat last weekend.

To clarify you have the box and the Touch 9, the SS ducer is run thru the box then to the sonar?

On my SS I have to flip a switch to power on the SS. Could be as easy as finding the power switch to your SS.

Correct. I’m going to swap out the ethernet cable from the box to the the 9 in a minute. I’ll report back.

Remove the ss module and just use the one in the Touch 9 and run your ethernet cable from the 9 to get SS on the other units. Plug the SS ducer into the 9, so eliminate the box

changing the cable didn’t help.

I have a Sirius module connected to the SS box. I have an ethernet cable to the bow and an ethernet cable to the 9.
I then have an ethernet cable from the 9 to a Gen2-8 next to
it. I want to be able to control the radio from the bow.

Lowrance said it should work if I deactivate the network sonar, which I have.

I took a screen shot now I have to find a card to put it on.

The way you have it degrades the SS, run the SS ducer into the 9 instead
