Lcx112 and a point 1 GPS antenna

    Will the lowrance point 1 antenna work with my lcx112? Thanks

    It states it can be connected to any NMEA 2000 network.

    I would call Lowrance to see what functionality you will see with your LCX unit.

    YES! I have a mix of LCX and HDS Gen2 units, with the LCX and LGC-4000 up front, HDS on the console and Point-1 in the rear by the StructureScan transducer. The LCX does work well with the Point-1. The best part for me is the Point-1 has a magnetic compass so even though my LCX gets it’s GPS coords from the LGC up front, it still see the compass from the Point-1. The LCX cursor will point to the proper compass direction and always show the direction your boat is pointing (unless you change that). I like that a lot.
