My gen 1 HDS 10 is not finding my LCG-4000 GPS puck in a network device search. The fuses are fine and I’m out on the river (not in the garage). Is there a home remedy to see if my network cables, t-connectors, terminators, etc., are working properly? Will the LGC-2000 trouble shooting guide work on the 4000 puck? Any help is greatly appreciated.

You do have the network powered with a power Node… right?
If you can’t locate the device in the menu, it has to either be power or connection I would think.

Mike is right. If your HDS head unit is not listing a device on the Device List then the device is usually not getting power so it can communicate with the head unit. The power and ground wires coming from the power node would be the first place to check.
