Lowrance Hard reset question/procedure

Anyone know the proper procedure for doing a hard reset on a Lowrance LCX 37?

I am currently running a HDS 10 at bow and a HDS 10 & LCX 37 at counsel. I only use the LCX for Sonar and this has been a great set up for me.
Yesterday, I fired everything up and all was well for a short time then noticed I wasn’t getting any sonar (I have set up as HDS 10 as sonar source to get Broad Band).
I had to change the auto depth to manual do and then set sensitivity to manual (which I always do and is my preference)and when trying to change sensitivity, it just stayed locked at around 45%.
Moved cursor up and down many times and it would not change.

I did reset options and would get sonar sensitivity for a second then back to locked at around 45%, or there abouts.

Anyone ever experienced this? My 1st Lowrance problem and not sure where to turn.

Both HDS10’s are working perfectly correct when in Sonar mode.

Thinking maybe trying the hard reset. Ideas anyone?

    Thanks

Hard Reset (Deletes stored GPS Data such as Waypoints and trails)
    1. Turn unit OFF
    2. Press and hold the ZIN&ZOUT Keys at the same time
    3. Press and hold the PWR key
    4. Release buttons when the USA map appears

Did you go into the menu and check (x) the box that says
Chart Manual Mode? That’s how I run my Lcx models too.

Yes I did Randy, but Thanks

I did a hard reset and it did not solve the problem.
I re ran the 2.5.0 software update and it now appears to be working again.
That was just in my garage.
Have to get on water soon as my week on Rainy is aprroaching, and not soon enough.

    Thanks
