Use H2O Maps on Elite 4M Gold?

    Can you transfer map details from the Mapcreate CD’s that are used with the H2O gps to the Elite 4M Gold?
    I am also assuming that the routes, waypoints, saved trails etc can be transferred from H2O system to the Elite?
