Navionics Chip in LMS 522C

    I have a map chip I bought in 2012 works great in the HDS7, but I can’t get it to work in the LMS 522C. I tried changing the navionics data, but the only option is Lowrance. Am I looking in the right place? How do I get it to work or is the chip too new?

    Guessing the chip is to big for the 522…

    Unit is updated to version 2.5 that is the newest I know of.

    As I recall the LMS and LCX units can only read an SD card up to 500 MB or so. The Navionics card might be too big for the 522 to read.

    Now that you mention it, when I was trying to update the software I had to big of a card and it wouldn’t work. Is there a place to get a hold of an older card?
