Warranty Issues

    Anybody who has Elite 7 HDI’s have any warranty issues with Lowrance. Also how is the Lowrance customer service if you do have an issue? This is going to be a onetime purchase due to lack of $$$’s and I don’t want to make a bad decision.
    Any and all replies appreciated.

    I had to deal with them when my HDS-7 went out. It was not a pleasant experience but they did make it right after several emails and phone calls. The process took nearly 3 weeks and was very frustrating. They had a general lack of concern for my situation, were hard to reach and responses took several days.

    Lot’s of improvement over the last year. Supply of products is very good. Some of the delays in getting product out is a shortage of parts in the industry that Lowrance does not manufacture in house.
