Which lake chip

    Just got a Lowrance Safari hand held GPS. Now I need to deceide which lake map chip I should put in it. You guys that have used Lake Master, Navtronic hot maps, or Fishing hot spots please offer you opinions thanks

    If Lakemaster has the lakes covered that you fish, get the Lakemaster chip. Lakemaster detail is superior. I have both chips. I use the Navionics chip for the smaller lakes that I fish that Lakemaster has not mapped.

    What areas are you looking at? Navionics has done a ton of lake updates this past year, the other couple bonuses those updates are available to download as they come out to your existing chip so you dont have to buy a new one, a free pc app also

    And Lakemaster no longer supports Lowrance either, so it may not run in Lowrance

    We mainly fish in north central Iowa and west central Minnesota
